This is a demanding but extremely rewarding capacity-building experience for passionate change agents early in your operations. It will be completely tailored to your specific situation. It is a 6 months long program consisting of hands-on online workshops and pro bono consulting specific to your issue.

Our approach to monitoring, evaluation and learning is to integrate it as part of an initiative or project from the beginning as opposed to a separate activity only done at the end or at infrequent intervals. An adaptive monitoring and evaluation process keeps you in learning mode and will facilitate your ability to proactively respond to changes on the ground that you otherwise may not have been aware of until too late.

We offer a variety of visual methods and approaches to help change agents co-create a shared understanding of their situation of interest or concern. It is often very useful to diagram how we understand a situation and the process of doing this as a team can create powerful insights. At AdaptivePurpose, we usually use various diagramming and other visual mapping techniques to take teams through a process of discovery, exploration and consensus building as they delve deeply into their own system of interest and explore its dynamics as well as their own paradigms.

We support and provide facilitation to help you and your team develop your own systemic theory of change for your initiative. A theory of change can help you articulate and see the big picture of how change is believed to happen. A systemic theory of change is different from traditional linear theories of change in that it recognizes the inherent complexity of most change processes.
