Incubator Program

As part of our mission to support transformative change and to give back as a social enterprise, we offer a free incubator program for emerging change agents. This is a demanding but extremely rewarding capacity-building experience for passionate change agents early in your operations. It will be completely tailored to your specific situation. It is a 6 months long program consisting of hands-on online workshops and pro bono consulting specific to your issue.

What is the Adaptive Journey Incubator?
This is a demanding but extremely rewarding capacity-building experience.  It will be completely tailored to your specific situation.  You will be guided through a process to understand the context you are working in better and learn how to use systems thinking and systemic approaches to develop or improve your change initiative.  You will also receive 10 hours of consulting per month to support you in the implementation and adaptive management of your initiative.  We will also help you design an adaptive monitoring, evaluation and learning approach to help you capture your impact.

Specifically, you will gain:

• Deep insights into the systems you are operating in and seek to affect;

• A systemic design to the initiative you want to work on;

• A systemic theory of change;

• A monitoring, evaluation and learning plan;

• 8 hours of pro bono consulting per month.
